Day and Associates, Inc., is a Montana Corporation originating in 1994.  Our company consists of reliable professionals with over 20 years of experience.  We listen to our customers and work with them to address their needs through innovative solutions.

Our staff consists of fully licensed private investigators dedicated to the art of bodily injury surveillance.  Each individual with our firm is an experienced investigator, whose emphasis is based on conducting every assignment in a professional and ethical manner.  You can be sure we will get the job done and get it done right.

Day and Associates is a defense orientated, insurance fraud investigation firm staffed by highly motivated, intelligent and persistent individuals.  Our office is centrally located in Helena, Montana, with full time staff members residing in Helena and Great Falls. Our investigators have extensive knowledge of Montana's geography, which lends to a higher success rate.  

We conduct social media and background investigations to assist our surveillance investigations in an effort to possibly reveal other causes of injury, not related to employment, where the injury might not have occurred on the job.  Red Flags do not automatically guarantee guilt but are basic indicators of potential fraud.
